I've been busy these past few weeks making things that I can wear this season. I knitted a cuff beanie (or is it called 'a watch cap'?) with yarn I bought the previous autumn. Have already worn it in -20°C, never felt cold! Also, I've almost finished my oversized shacket. I just need to sew the buttons, which, I suppose, were lost in delivery. It's my first attempt at finishing raw edges with Hong Kong finish and making these unusual cuffs. I messed up a little bit with one side of the collar stand, but overall I'm pretty proud of this shacket. And, of course, I love the color! P.S. To be honest, I kind of regret sewing a shacket from this fabric. I'm afraid I won't wear it as often as I could have worn a regular shirt, so maybe I should have sewn the latter, but what's done is done. And done quite nicely, I should (shamelessly) admit.
