Name: Noelle Cassiopeia ( “Christmas”, “queen”)
Species: Salazzle (strong Aurorus genes; the frills on her body are somewhat transparent).
She was shunned by the vast majority of her kind for looking so different, and for the presumption that her Ability was Snow Warning instead of the usual Corrosion - Noelle, however, had developed a habit of using Hail whenever she felt threatened, and due to her Aurorus genes, she is rarely buffeted by the hail storms she creates.
The fire Noelle creates is frighteningly hot, and is whitish-blue in color. When she uses any of her Poison based attacks, the fact that they manifest as powdery, sparkling white masses tends to trick foes into thinking she is using an Ice type move - and while Noelle is virtually incapable of creating ice internally, she is more than capable of using it externally, hence her knowledge of Blizzard (which was passed down to her from her father - not that she is aware of this). Her coloring further serves to trick others, and she uses this to her advantage more often than not.
During the day, she appears to sparkle like snow, but at night, she shines like a star - as a result, she normally wears a dark cape that conceals her body from head to knee, hiding her glimmering markings.
Noelle prefers to be alone, as being around other Pokemon has caused her more painful memories than she would like to admit. It is difficult to gain her trust, and she is not fond of physical contact. If touched without permission, her body temperature will spike to an unbearable heat. Sometimes, she will instinctively use Overheat to force the other Pokemon away from her person.
Naturally agile, she is prone to attacking in bursts of impressive speed, then turning tailing and fleeing with that same speed. While she longs to be engaged with another in a more friendly relationship, she is unwilling to let others close. She is, however, affectionate once she comes to trust someone, and will attempt to sling herself over their shoulders - she forgets her size on various occasions.
Trivia:
The gems on her back are made of ice, as is the spot on her chest. They tend to appear to have a flickering flame inside them.
She only fights when necessary, preferring a hit-and-run tactic over direct confrontation.
Upon meeting other Salazzle she will bristle, preparing for a fight; this is due to her constantly being mocked by others for lacking the “proper attributes” of a Salazzle.
She is precise in her attacks.
Despite seeming like harmless clouds of white, her Poison Gas attack is no less dangerous than a regular colored Poison Gas attack.

뭔가에 실패해 지금까지의 나를 돌아볼 때마다 난 항상 같은 걸로 실패했다는 생각이 들었어, 열심히 살아온것 같은데 같은 장소에서 빙글빙글 원을 그리며 돌아온 것 같아서 좌절했어. 하지만 경험을 쌓았으니 실패를 했든 성공을 했든 같은 장소를 헤멘건 아닐꺼야, 원이 아니라 나선을 그렸다고 생각했어. 맞은편에서 보면 같은 곳을 도는 듯 보였겠지만 조금씩은 올라갔거나 내려갔을거야. 그런거면 조금 낫겠지 아니 그것보다 인간은 나선 그 자체인지도 몰라. 같은 장소를 빙글빙글 돌면서 그래도 뭔가 있을때마다 위로도 아래로도 자랄 수 있고 옆으로도… 내가 그리는 원도 점차 크게 부풀어 조금씩 나선은 커지게 될거야. 그렇게 생각하니 조금 힘이 나더구나.
