@winterinverona replied to your post “Error: Bad gosub tree number?”
I would look at beds/any mods that would alter motives. I suddenly had a bad gosub issue not that long ago with fountains that had been edited to enable the soap prank. An unknown BHAV had been left in the files and once I deleted it, the issue was gone.
Ugh, reply button. Anyway, the top of your Lola logs, where it has "Acceptable Sleep Motives" and "Interaction - Sleep" is where I saw the "Soap" interactions with my problem, which is why I'd say you should look at beds/sleep/motives mods.
Ok, this is starting to make sense now. I opened the very first error log (not one I uploaded, there’s 25 total so I only shared 2), and right at the top was this:
To be honest I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to mods and BHAVs and error logs and all that fun stuff, but looking at this I’m assuming the issue occurred when “recordplayer” tried to “wake everyone in room”. So that, plus Lola having an issue when she tried to sleep leads me to believe my game is throwing a fit over @hexagonal-bipyramid‘s “Traits Project (Part 3-2) - Lemme Get Some Sleep!”, since I’m fairly certain those are the only mods I have that effect both sleeping and waking due to noise.
I’m gonna load my game without those mods and see how it goes. Even if I’ve figured out what is causing the problem, I’d still like to figure out why these mods are causing the problem and try to fix it, because I love them and really really want to continue using them!
I believe all the objects that threw errors were custom, so it is possible that the mods aren’t the problem but that the objects themselves don’t understand what the mods are telling them to do and should therefore be updated to work with said mods? Does that even make sense? Feel free to ignore if it doesn’t, I honestly have no idea what I’m talking about, I’m just kinda speculating out loud, trying to wrap my head around this game and it’s issues.
Oh, and I ran Conflict Detector. It found a few issues but they were with things like driveways and instruments (another issue for another day), nothing that should be effecting sleeping/waking.
Thanks so much for your input, I think I’m starting to get this thing worked out!
