mmm this is a toughie actually!! id narrow it down to these: [unranked i cant pick a fav haha]

the soldier being branded, in any way. my personal favorites include sort of a HYDRA symbol tramp stamp [lol?] burnt into his skin with a heated metal stamp [think one of the burglars in home alone 1 grabbing the heated doorknob and getting the M imprinted on his palm, sorry i cant illustrate this well and thats the first example my brain thought of] or tiny rows of signatures/initals of previous handlers and caretakers and engineers tattooed on. many many tattoos sort of like a credits list showing the sheer amount of people who have had a hand in creating such a masterpiece of weaponry (╥ ω ╥)...

the soldier who everyone treats like dirt + That One person who sees him as a tiny bit more human. i kinda cant decide if i like Rumlow or Pierce more in this [i switch my opinions very often it practically replaces my menstrual cycle atp] but its differently flavoured. With Pierce i dont think he'd ever truly LOVE love the soldier more find him fascinating but from the assets pov, Pierce lets him sit on the couch instead of the floor or lets him sleep in a normal bed which immediately makes him his god. With Rumlow he'd be a lot more genuine [?] about it.... this is sorta related to what Grillo had to say about the look they exchange during the robert-redford-slapping-sebastian-stan-like-a-fax-machine scene. He does feel bad for the soldier, he does think its kinda fucked up but in his opinion it's shit WAY above his pay grade. Theres something in the back of his mind screaming at him that this isn't okay but it's just so easy to ignore that feeling especially since nobody else seems to acknowledge it and the most dangerous assassin in the world just looks sooo cute all beat up like that.....<3 He loves him, but not enough to save him. He doesn't see the asset's life as something worth possibly sacrificing his own over

the soldier getting all dolled up for parties/celebrations etc. Im justa sucker for that type of dehumanization related shit, less to an objectifying extent but more like pet play-? This is tangentially related to the Rumlow-doing-the-soldiers-makeup thing since i'd imagine those types of responsibilities would fall onto him. Love it whenever its made abundantly clear that the soldier is for eyes only, meant to silently follow Pierce around at gatherings, sit on the floor next to the table and get scraps forked into his mouth as Pierce talks about important director stuff with other high ranking HYDRA members, conversations going way over his head because he's not even supposed to understand what theyre talking about ^_^ Haircuts, getting to shave, play piercings, ribbons, lipstick, getting to shower, a slightly gentler touch so bruises dont mar his ghostly pale skin, all that and he can't even enjoy being softly taken care of for once because he knows the night will end with him in an even more defiled state cause who could resist using such an adorable little thing wahh T_T i could probably go on but its nothing unheard of

this is kind of a classic one honestly - younger Pierce pretending to be Steve. Don't really have much to say about this one that hasnt been said already fucking rocks like EVERY time. Theres something so innocent and pure about something in the torture-hardened war-torn winter soldier's heart that still tells him to follow and fight tooth and nail for Steve no matter what. Because what seperated him from the other "winter soldiers" back in Siberia is that all he needed to truly convince himself that what he's doing is innately good is to see Steve say it. The other soldiers gave themselves up for experimentation willingly, they knew what they were getting into, they knew their entire belief system was in HYDRA, a group demonized by literally everyone else, so even if they were 99% sure that all of HYDRA's motives were right and good and pure and would lead to world peace, there's still that 1% that sees the truth, still something in their moral compass that draws them back and doesn't let them reach their full potential - potential that the soldier is reaching. We see a little bit of that 1% in the aforementioned bank scene with how Rumlow looks at the asset [sorry for mentioning him again, if i dont mention Rumlow every like 5 minutes i start to get violent :( ]. All the soldier's ever heard is positive affirmation. And it doesn't matter, the uprisings, the wars, the millions of people uniting against HYDRA that the other soldiers see, even if just a little bit - to the soldier, it doesn't matter, because all he sees is that stupid little blonde kid with blue eyes going hey, we have to go do this now, you've gotta kill this guy for us, remember, we're the good guys, and how could he say no to that? oh and also this usually comes in tandem with the soldier hallucinating and being drugged out of his fucking mind which i love to see.

OH MY GOD this is like way too long, especially that last one got suuuuuper offtopic. IM SO FUCKING SORRY LMAO T_T....... it was already some meta-ishhh stuff i had in my brain and ugh i guess i needed to let the floodgates open a little. wuddever(╹ڡ╹ )

I don't know if you're into it, but would you ever consider a writing prompt of Bucky or Winter Soldier/Alexander Pierce? Like maybe something from back when Robert Redford was super hot and maybe new at handling the Winter Soldier? Or something from canon-era? Either way, something rough and HTP worthy? If canon-era, maybe throw in Brock as Pierce's attack dog? Though still with Pierce as the main one. If not, that's chill. I know mine is a rare pair.

!! ooh i will absolutely write that. i can give you a little bit of both. also, if winterpierce is your thing, have you heard of the series “alexander pierce should have died slower” on ao3?? would probably be up your alley, though it is more of a daddy kink thing, if that’s not your thing.

The Soldier’s ears ring, and it faces forward again, meets Pierce’s eyes long enough to acknowledge him before dropping its head in submission. It failed the mission, but there’s a small voice within the Soldier that informs it that the mission was doomed from the start. The voice is followed immediately by blinding pain, the Soldier’s right arm spasming. The Soldier thinks it hears the voice screaming in agony in the split second before it’s struck again, head whipped to the side so hard its neck cracks. Pierce’s hand is still raised when the Soldier faces him.

“Pay attention,” Pierce snaps, and the Soldier nods once.

“Yes, Commander.”

Pierce turns to the man beside him, the Soldier’s soon-to-be-former handler. “Is he always this much of a goddamn nuisance?” Pierce asks, and Mikhail laughs.

“No, it bonds to handlers with time. If you want to speed that up, break it in a little. It started doing better with me after the first time I made it bleed when fucking it.”

Pierce frowns. “And the superiors didn’t mind that?”

“No. It did better after that, so they encouraged it.”

The look Pierce gives the Soldier makes the Soldier shiver involuntarily.

“Sir?”

Pierce’s gaze flicks up to the Soldier’s face from where he’s sitting between the Soldier’s bare legs on the bed.

Pierce’s fingers brush over the Soldier’s bare hip, disappointed. “The marks I put on you last time, they’re gone,” Pierce says finally. “It was only a week ago.”

The Soldier nods, propping itself up on its elbows. “The Soldier is enhanced to preserve its functionality,” it parrots. “Standard combat injuries repair within two or three days, intensive injuries within two weeks.”

Pierce sighs. “Well, we can try and change that. In the meantime, let’s see if we can’t make you quieter in combat. That whole ‘screaming when wounded’ thing needs to stop, it’s killing my ears.”

The Soldier lies down and whimpers, writhing as Pierce slowly sinks a blade into the Soldier’s hip, inch by inch. Pierce stops when the handle touches the Soldier’s skin, grinning wickedly when the Soldier sighs in relief.

The sudden twist of the knife makes the Soldier sob through a scream, and Pierce laughs as he pulls the blade out, as the Soldier squeezes its eyes shut and sobs, the wound healing before the blood even reaches the sheets.

“Now, let’s try that again, shall we?” Pierce asks. “I want you down to a whine at the most before I even consider letting you get off.”

The Soldier whimpers, but nods.

Rumlow knocks on the heavy wood doors to Pierce’s office.

“Come in!” Pierce’s voice calls, and Rumlow enters, pausing when he takes in the scene in front of him.

“Secretary Pierce?” He asks, and Pierce smiles, straightening his tie and leaning back against his desk with the Winter Soldier facing him, naked and kneeling at his feet.

“Hello, Brock. Come in, sit down, won’t you?”

Rumlow moves to sit cautiously in the chair in front of them. “What can I do for you, Secretary?”

“I need someone to take over as the Soldier’s handler. Someone I can trust. I’d like that to be you,” Pierce says, and Rumlow nods.

“Mr. Secretary, I’d be honored. Is that why he’s here?”

Pierce smiles. “Yes. I need you to be prepared to handle the Soldier, and I figured I could show you how to bond with it properly.” Pierce taps the metal arm with his right hand, and the Soldier looks up at Pierce. “Give me the knife.”

The Soldier raises its flesh hand, holding the knife out to Pierce, handle first. Pierce takes the knife, and Rumlow watches as Pierce yanks back the Soldier’s head by the hair, cutting a line behind the Soldier’s ear and down its neck, a small drip of blood barely escaping the wound before it heals.

“It responds best when you mix its pain and pleasure,” Pierce says, snapping his fingers. The Soldier rises to its feet, falling into a parade rest at Pierce’s side, and Pierce strokes the Soldier’s already half-hard cock with one hand as he carves a deep “P” into the Soldier’s hip, blood running from the wound as the Soldier stands silently in place.

“Just remember that it can’t do anything without a command,” Pierce says, as casually as if he were talking about how to drive a car. He places the knife on the desk, then turns to the Soldier. “Cum.”

The Soldier sighs out a breath as it cums, but otherwise doesn’t react. Pierce pushes the Soldier back to its knees, then holds out his hand, the Soldier licking its own cum out of his palm. Rumlow shifts in his seat, trying to disguise just how hard he is.

“Make sense?” Pierce asks, and Rumlow nods.

“Yes Mr. Secretary, seems fairly straight foward to me,” he says, and Pierce smiles broadly.

“Wonderful. I knew you’d take to this quickly. The Soldier is all yours then. Its clothes are in the corner, but I’m about to step out for lunch, so if you’d like to use the office for an hour or so, be my guest.” Pierce pats the Soldier’s head. “Soldier, this is Commander Rumlow, your new handler. You’ll show him all the respect you’ve shown me.”

The Soldier nods. “Yes sir.” It moves forward to kneel at Rumlow’s feet.

Pierce leaves the room, and Rumlow runs a hand through the Soldier’s hair a few times before gripping it tightly. This should be fun.
