Its that time again JWU
ARE YOU READY?? Its ALMOST FINALS WEEK!
Winter Tri has been one to remember especially with the constant snow storms and the lovely Juno Blizzard. It seemed like every Monday classes were canceled, but have no fear JWU we will make it through and we will pass every test and for you culinary majors you will pass your practicals. Study, ask questions, stay rested, and BREATHE...DONT STRESS OUT.
Stay tuned for a post of comments and advice from a few professor to motivate you on your upcoming finals.
PEACE LOVE AND ABUNDANCE
It's beginning to look a lot like Chr - oh, wait.
I'm excited to be back in Providence after a fun two weeks at home, especially because of the weather. In central Florida, the temp never got below 75 degrees, and stayed mostly around 85. That probably sounds nice to you all, but it's hard to get into the Christmas spirit when you're sweating in shorts and a t-shirt!
So imagine my excitement when I walked out of TF Green yesterday and saw...
SNOW!!!
Now why we couldn't have had a little snow on the ground before Christmas I don't know, but late is better than none at all!
I was way too excited to set my stuff down and go back outside. That's the thing about coming from south Florida - it's been about ten years since I've walked around in snow, so I get a little over-excited.
But it's just so PRETTY!
Give me until 6;30 tomorrow morning, and then ask me how I like the snow. It's going to be pretty painful getting out from under my covers so early, I know that, and it's only a matter of time before I slip on ice!
Hope you all had a fun and safe New Year, and are looking forward to getting back to winter tri!
Goodbye Winter Tri
Winter trimester has been amazing and I am happy to be finished and ready for spring break - I am going to miss my extraordinary classes and how much fun I had in school this trimester (although I'm sure classes are not going to stop being amazing!)
I really was expecting more excitement this week since it was my last busy and hectic week, but surprisingly it was very mellow and a great way to finish off the trimester. In lab this past week I did a whole buying demo which was awesome. Ever since I wanted to be in fashion, I always said I never wanted to be a buyer...but after this project, I am not ready to push it out of the way just yet!
I am leaving tomorrow for spring break which is exciting because I will be updating everyone with any exciting things I do/eat/see...I am going back to New Jersey for half the break and then to Ohio (a temporary move by my parents...thank goodness for the word temporary!) for the other half. So excited for what's going to come!
