katrina knocked on winter’s doorframe, trying to keep her expression casual as she stepped into the room, “hey, can i talk to you for a minute?” she didn’t want to make any assumptions or react until she knew what was really going on. there was no way the toilet paper wrapped (positive) pregnancy test in her back pocket could be ali’s, obviously, and she didn’t suspect jaslene either, so her first guess was winter. though, she hoped it wasn’t hers either and this was all just some misunderstanding. she shut the bedroom door behind her, even if winter didn’t want to talk, kat still had to ask her, “i just... i found something that has me a little concerned.” if it was winter’s, this conversation was about to get a lot more in-depth, but she figured she’d let her daughter explain it to her first- presuming the test was hers, of course.
