the kingdoms of the moon ——

AURELIA ; the light - side of the moon. consisting of the lunar highlands & calm silver sea. it is home to celestine palace, a sacred place with divine promises & halls blessed by the cosmos ... ALMARUNE ; the dark - side of the moon. consisting of the lunar wetlands & treacherous obsidian ocean. it is home to quartz palace, a mysterious place with ancient secrets & dark prophecies lurking around every corridor ..

the royal families ——

THE LUNE FAMILY ; ( click here for the lune family tree ! ) the reigning royal blood - line of the kingdom of aurelia. THE ORION FAMILY ; the reigning royal blood - line of the kingdom of almarune.

PROLOGUE ...

the lune family blood - line had been hanging in the balance, the royal blood of aurelia dwindling little by little due to a century - long civil war between the two kingdoms of the moon. in a last ditch effort, sir demir strife, the grandis knight of aurelia's celestial royal guard leads the nation to victory against almarune, effectively ending the bloody war. & as a reward for the valiant feats of the grandis knight, high queen selene of aurelia marries him & makes him her king. the two kingdoms of the moon then coexisted for a millenia. not necessarily peacefully, but at the very least, civilly. they both operated under the lune royal family now, king demir the forefront of the power ...

ACT I ...

on the first full moon of the decade, high crown prince cassian is born. first male heir of high queen selene & king demir. the kingdom reveled; it was a joyous moment for the entire real that marked a historical event in the cosmos — the lune blood - line lives on with crown prince cassian. the moon kingdoms had finally been granted their true & rightful king by blood. & this, understandably, angered king demir. for the once - grandis knight had only married into the royal family & he was obsessed with the power that came with it. but ... now, with the birth of a male heir, his reign would be coming to an end sooner, rather than later. all hope is lost; king demir is powerless. or so he believes. for one fateful, stormy night ... a dark oracle appears, weaving delusional tales into the vulnerable king's mind of reincarnation & rebirth ... ultimate power. but all in due time.

AN ANCIENT CELESTIAL PROPHECY, WHISPERED BY THE STARS GOES AS SUCH ; ' taking your last breath within the sacred walls of celestine palace grants your soul divine intervention from the cosmos. you are presented with two possible outcomes of reincarnation — on the opposing side of the moon, your soul plagued with darkness. or earthbound, where you shall requite, your soul & memories stored within the confinements of a newborn star ...
