I noticed that there were disastrously few tutorials about earrings on the network. They must be simple, accessible, but at the same time elegant and made of metal. And I made this tutorial! Without soldering and special tools! Freeform silver earrings with pearls and any briolettes! 15$ only! Available in my shop www.etsy.com/listing/579790519/silver-earrings-without-soldering?ref=listing_published_alert

hi. my name is matty. i’m a disabled 21 year old woman from ohio. i have a severe panic disorder, ptsd and severe paranoia that hinders me from working in a public environment and living a functional life.
my paranoia cripples me. it’s like i live in a different reality, convinced of horrifying things that aren’t real and aren’t happening. i’ve learned to manage through mindfulness and medication. im growing and getting better everyday, but i still do have episodes.

i’ve been self employed since i was 18 years old. i would pick up wire wrapping at random and always put it down because i felt as though i wasn’t good enough, but then i got my heart broken after an abusive 3 year relationship and decided i wanted to dive into spirituality. crystals were a big part of that journey for me.
i would love to make art my career, but i’m no stranger to the fact that being an artist and thriving financially is hard. that being said, it’s also just something i love to do.
i love the act of wrapping crystals, i love shopping and foraging for rocks and crystals, and i love giving my work or selling my work to other people who love it as well.
nothing makes me happier than when somebody appreciates my work enough that they want to wear it.
i love nature. i love crystals. i love rocks. i love frogs. i love the ocean. i love lakes. i love moss. i love growing. i love learning. i love changing. i love this beautiful, dying planet we live on. i love the pain i experience in life. i love the joy and happiness i experience in life.
i’m doing my best at being a human. i’m grateful that i’m able to live and experience life in a physical form.
i hope this reached someone, and if it did, i hope you’re safe, happy and healthy. i hope you cherish your life. i hope you love yourself. i hope you have passions and pursue them. i hope you see something that makes you happy today or tomorrow. i hope you find joy in the little things. i hope you see through the fog of shit that covers the world and see the immense amounts of beauty. there’s so much beauty to be seen. there’s so much beauty in a storm. i wish you the absolute best and i hope you can feel my love.
thank you for reading. <3
My large wire sculpture of a classic Converse from my Etsy shop. Very fiddly to make, but well worth the effort.
