almost slipping all day

so this was bound to happen to you eventually
it had began raining while you were in class
a light drizzle is going on
but the ground is definetly wet
you & ej are about to cross each other's pathes
when you lose your footing

so you guys go to a nearby convience store

other than a few quick glances
til close to the end

the price way too high for your comfort

warning you that this seller is a scammer
advising you to put the card down & walk away
you follow him
thanking him for his help
nothing else happens that day
both of you moving on with your lives after that interaction
the two of you meet again through a mutual friend
specifically introduced due to your shared pokémon interest
and that friend was right to do so

the rain comes heavily and suddenly

with hands full of groceries

nicho is competing in one of those fashion competition shows
think like project runway or next in fashion
and you're apart of the show's model lineup
of you and nicholas see each other during the filming
but neither of you get the chance to talk with each other
until about halfway through
when the two of you get paired together
nicholas in work mode charms you
he's professional & kind during your guys fittings
throughly explaining his vision, concept and expectations to you
likewise nicholas has admired you and your modeling abilities
since watching you during the first challenge
after your paired challenge
you and nicholas grow closer behind the scenes
it's so obvious that the both of you are attracted to the other
literally everyone can sense the chemistry between the two of you
but neither of you rush into anything
taking the time during and after filming to get to know each other

you and yuma are regulars at the same gym
at first your routines didn't align often
meaning you only saw each other very now and then
just enough to gain a small gym crush on yuma
after graduating & going full time
your schedule becomes more consistent
therefore getting to see yuma much more often
one day the two of you happen to be near each other
yuma is watching you do your rep as he's resting between his own sets
almost stepping in when you falter
then later he comes to you with tips on your technique
deciding to take the opportunity for the most of it
you continue the conversation with yuma
the two of you decide to finish the rest of your workout together
at the end you guys exchange instagrams
before setting up a date to do another session together

another embarrassing meet cute
jo turns red every time it's brought up
always reminding you of how he looked back then

you're enjoying a nice day at the park
headphones in, walking on the side path
and jo is there playing basketball with his friends
when he's trying to pass to his friend
except the ball goes flying
and hits you smack dab in the head
jo rushes over with bright red cheeks
stuttering as he's apologizing
even though you're dizzy
you can tell that the boy in front of you is quite cute
not one to let a chance go by

telling him that he can make it up to you with ice cream

both you and harua are working as zombie extras
you're both in make-up when you notice him first
admiring his skills in front of the camera
throwing himself into being a zombie every time the slate goes
so during the break
you work up to be courage to approach him
wanting harua's advice to improve
he's caught off guard by your questioning
genuinely having no advice to offer
you found harua's reaction to be amusing
letting out a small giggle in return
the conversation is cut short by a can back to the set
harua doesn't catch up with you again
until the both of you have washed up
you're surprised to see how cute he is without it
and vice versa

learning is one of your passions
dance being the other
hearing that a choreographer couple would be teaching a class
in japan around the same time of your trip
you immediately book a ticket to attend
not even thinking of the fact
you have no partner
so come time for the class
and your excitement has turned into nerves
shy & standing off to the side you watch everybody else mingle
when taki approaches you
despite your mediocre japanese
you manage to hold good conversation with taki
both of you having come alone
decide to partner with each other
taki is the easiest person to get along with
regardless of the language barrier between the two of you
at some point during the class
you not only exchange socials
but set up another day for taki to take you around the area

you've heard all about maki
he's the coolest person to exist in your younger cousin's eye
but you've actually never had the chance to met him
until said cousin's team makes it to the finals
they invited maki to join your family to watch them play
your first look at him is from afar
maki is down by the field
talking with your little cousin before the start of the match
and when maki joins the rest of you in the stands
you don't talk with one another
only exchanging polite greetings
before everyone's focus is on your cousin
it's only at the end that the two of properly interact
striking up an unexpectedly deep conversation over celebration pizza
you understand why your cousin admires him so much
a friendship forms from that moment
