TWST - Malleus and Wisterias

@ventique18​ (I’ve already written about it in the comments of a post, but I thought it too good to not make a post on its own)

Wisterias in Japan mean “kindness/gentleness (優しさ)”, “I will never be separated from you (決して離れない)”, “drunk with (romantic) love (恋に酔う)”, and “good guest/visitor (佳客)”; “steadfast (in the loyal and determined sense) (忠実な, しっかりした)” in the West and “welcome (歓迎)” for both.

Either way, that flower perfectly shows who Malleus is and what he wants. His only desire is to be welcomed kindly by the people around him and when he cares about someone, he gives all of himself to the latter (Lilia and Yuu), maybe to the sad, unhealthy degree (drunkenness) where he clings to that person in the hope of never being separated from them.
