Satoko and Takano Connections?

When Eua first meets Satoko, she calls her Vier, then LD (numbers); Vier is a character from the Ciconia VN series who resembles Takano, whereas LD could stand for Lady Lambdadelta. Then there's Satoko heavily dropping words like "certain" or "certainty" hence why Lambdadelta is known as the Witch of Certainty. In Umineko, Lambdadelta asks a riddle to which Bernkastel tells her that she was surprised to remember it due to being tricked years ago:

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66-5Y9C5MVU&ab_channel=aCLIPsStudio. But then that would contradict the idea that Lambdadelta was the one who kick started the events of Higurashi by granting Takano's wish of becoming god since it was heavily implied to be the case. 

Almost tempted to say this would cause a time paradox where Satoko becomes Lambdadelta and then goes back in time when Takano was a child to fulfill the wish thus causing some freaky, repeated loop where Takano goes down her dark path and the cycle continues. Hence the “logical error.”

Would really want to know why there seems to be some connection between Satoko, Takano, and this "Vier." Of course I am not going to say that they are all the same person, but it is really, really wearing on my mind.
