Hi guys! My name’s Chey, and I live in Michigan, USA. Honestly, I think this is just the cutest thing ever and I love to spoil people, so why on earth wouldn’t I participate? Because of how my family structures themselves and our events around the holidays, I don’t ever have anyone to give gifts to and I like to make people happy, so here’s to hoping that I can brighten someones holidays even just a little!
1) Penpals / post cards! I’d love to keep in touch with other witches and be able to trade ideas and whatnot with them. I love writing letters and making my own envelopes and all that.
2) Essential oils, candles, or incense! I love having my room smell nice and since I still live with my parents, there’s not a whole lot I can do on my own but they add a nice touch to my alter when I’m working.
3) A tarot deck!!! I don’t have one yet and my mom won’t let me touch hers, so I’d love to have one of my own.
4) Crystals, particularly those you don’t need / use anymore. I have literally none, not a single crystal to my name, so no matter the size I will appreciate ALL of these.
5) On the note of crystals, see also: rocks. I collect rocks. Some of them just because they’re cool, and others actually go into my practice in various different ways.
6) Alter supplies would be very much appreciated. This includes herbs, statues, chalk, crystals, and herbs. Heck man, even like a slab of wood or something. I can make pretty much anything into my own.
7) Dream catchers! Even itty bitty little ones.
8) Things associated with the lunar phases. This can be calendars, t-shirts, jewelry, etc.
9) Witchy book recommendations that you found very helpful for you when you were practicing. Also mythology / greek Hellenism books (because I do worship gods/goddesses in my practice as well).
10) Anything to do with dragons. Literally anything. Like, draw a dragon on a scrap of paper and send it to me, I’ll cherish it until the day it crumbles to dust, and then I’ll probably still hang onto the dust.
To anyone who sends me something (if anyone decides to at all), I’d just like to thank you ahead of time and tell you how much it’s going to mean to me. I wish everyone a fantastic December and good holidays ahead. ♥
