I read the witch skull thing and I don't think it's eugenics.

Per article they don't attribute negative qualities to people with "witch skulls", they only think they are ugly. It's still unhealthy but not far-right

The belief that certain kinds of facial features are objectively more attractive than others is literally far right eugenics bs. It doesn't matter whether or not they're assigning personality traits to it (yet). It's already eugenics rhetoric.

Also notice that the "angel skull" has a little button nose, while the "witch skull" has a prominent hook nose. There's antisemitism at work here, too.
