More traditional art! Inktober days 6-9. Maleficent, skulls, belated gift art for Coffaefox on FA of her sweetheart Sam and another belated gift art doodle for Chomperbee on FA of her buff yeen Razzmatazz <3 Last but not least, there’s a chrysanthemum doodle for a coworker who left on bereavement leave. I had to do something for them, I knew they needed a thing. I was going to doodle their favorite flower, but they asked for the chrysanthemum, which is of course associated with sympathy and funerals.

Maleficent, Sam and Razzy are all ink, marker and gel pen on card stock paper. The skull is ballpoint and marker on recycled sketch paper, which I did discover that you can’t do marker over ballpoint or it will smear to hell and back, but thankfully I did salvage this. The flower is pencil and marker on card stock. I very much like how soft the pencil and marker comes together, it’s really interesting.

Inktober Days 1-3! I'm only doing one every other day since hands are kind of funky right now, but I have to say the break from digital and focus on traditional is nice <3
