A little bit of lore around him ... The world he grows up in is not a friendly one. Survival is a hard fight and as a minority, 'Elf Trolls' are hunted and often paraded around as trophies of conquest - just another kind of fun for Nation 7, the ruling power in my dystopian story 'The Whisperer'. Only the young ones have wings, so they can spread far and wide, but left on their own, not many make it. They've become rare and young Tayree was pushed out into the wide world some weeks ago ... whether he'll find his way and survive? Who knows ... later added: I decided to continue this as a short peripheral-moments spin-off. > next
