Art piece by indigenous artist Jearica Fountain projected onto the Witches Hat water tower in the Prospect Park neighborhood of Minneapolis, the highest part of the city. “Mni Sóta Makoce” is the Dakota phrase from which the state and river names “Minnesota” come—“the place where the clear water reflects the skies.”
