Dog Days Incense, August '17 The work on this blend again took on epic dimensions. I harvested the greatest part of the ingredients by myself. Weeks passed, from concept, to harvest, to drying and chopping everything into small pieces. The result is a baneful incense blend, containing 'witch herb classics', with a bitter, almost medicinal aroma, which is also owed to the dark myrrh resin chunks and "black sacra frankincense" from Oman. The incense is indeed intended as a bitter medicine, for banishing and counter-magic, but also for strenthening oneself and upping one's defense. It is in a way, my personal "fuck off" blend, inspired by the long hot days of summer...
