¼ yard black velvet
3 yards white 100% cotton muslin
3 mirrored candle plates
50 feet 1/8 dark brown leather craft lace
geometric terrarium (that’s now holding my crystals with a hexagon of the black velvet on the bottom)
primary color sampler pack of 6-strand 100% cotton embroidery floss
some lil glass bottles w/ stoppers
didnt feel particularly drawn 2 the embroidery thread or fabrics but every book i have lists white cotton cloth and a selection of colors of cotton thread as essential supplies, and i thought the velvet would be good for lining things, so there we gooooo. I’d buy more of the craft lace for doing knotting spells bc i REALLY like the feel and smell and vibe from it but i feel like that’d get expensive in braided ladders, so i need to go back and look at hemp or cotton yarn/cord of a similar size, w/e w/e
im also coming to realize that the drawer or tabletop storage solutions i wanted for my rocks arent as practical as they seemed when it comes to being able to see them out in the open, and selecting one at a glance, so maybe ill get one of those pinteresty geometric shadow box shelves after all. maybe two triangles, one pointing up and one down, 2 match my wrist tats 👀
also still looking for simple candleholders for chime candles bc all the ones at hobby lobby (yes i know but its the only craft store here) were ugly af so if anyone has any suggestions for that lmk?
