Catching jobs with honey

You know where you want to work and you have applied to an opening. When it comes to the decision process you want them to be sweet on you.

What you will need: 1) Honey or syrup in a cute container 2) Business card(s) for the hiring manager(s) 3) Your resume 4) A green cloth 5) Gold or yellow string or ribbon

Lay out the cloth and lay the business cards and resume on it. Then lay the honey or syrup container on top and roll the cloth around the package and tie it with the string.

As you are setting the objects you are feeling with your body energy reaching out to the hiring manager. You are sending them good and sticky thoughts about you. You imagine the taste of the syrup in your mouth while you say “your own name–is hired.” Three times as you roll the package and tie it closed. Set it on your working altar or in a safe drawer or box.

This is a tool you will continue to use through out the interview and hiring process. You will add to it based on intuition as things progress.

And once you have the job you will continue to treasure this charm and add to it as you prepare to ask for raises, time off or promotions.

If you apply for a new job start a new charm. Once an old catching charm is no longer needed separate all the parts for reuse in a new charm. Magical tools that have been successful improve their abilities and powers with continued use.

Hi!

 So recently I fell into the rabbit hole of bullet journaling and I’ve been loving it! It’s been working wonders for me! Besides my daily things, I’ve added a lot of witchy stuff into it, so I thought I would do a post about it.

A lot of people have commented about the fact that I end all of my workings/spells with “Because I said so” instead of things like “so mote it be” or “as it is willed.”  

I have always been a witch that celebrates and embraces my inherent magic.  I have never been afraid of my energy and power.  And when I am casting any magic, it is my will and my power that I am utilizing at the end of the day.  “Because I said so” is a reminder to me and anything out there listening that my magic belongs to me, it is commanded by me, it is molded and utilized by me.

REMEMBER:  Your magic belongs to you and no one can take it away from you.  No matter what: no matter if they burn your books or break your wands; no matter if they cast all your herbs to the wind and cut you off completely from the witchcraft world. You power resides in you.  

Because YOU say so.

And NO ONE has authority or dominion over your spirit except you.

winter is here for the northern hemisphere!! that means rain and snow. here’s some witchy rainy day suggestions:

💚 put out a bowl or dish to collect rain water! not a jar (or at least a narrow mouthed jar) because they look artsy but it’s not gonna catch much. also, if you plan on drinking it, make sure that there’s not toxins in the rain in your area.

💚 make a cup of tea! it gets chilly where I live (no snow though rip me) so I like to make tea. if you want, it can also be an opprotunity to read your tea leaves.

💚 do some journaling or write in your grimorie

💚 meditate! the sound of the rain is super calming and nice for me and it’s always good to relax.

💚 light some candles! it can get sort of sad with no sunlight, and candles (I like scented ones lmao) are a calming alternative to other light sources

Canna-witch Tips!

Here are a few tips for those canna-witches and witches alike!

- Keep a citrine with your cannabis. It promotes healing and abundance which are both great things to hope for with cannabis

- Moon water for your bongs! Add a bit of magic to those rips!

- Make jewelry for your bongs or pipes. You can get beads of different types of stones and make a little strand to wrap around your bong or pipe. Now be careful, make sure you have enough room to hold it properly and not drop your beautiful glass piece! 

- Paint sigils on your glass pieces with glass paint for magic boost. Self design them for personal connection.

- Old time favorite, use your sage stick to help with the smell. Light your sage and let it smoke a bit then begin your session. Once you’re done let the sage burn for a little bit longer. It’ll mix with the smell and help mask it a bit.
