Liora - Witch of Glass
Resident glass witch chiming in re: trash witchery: USE THE GLASS. LOVE THE GLASS. please be careful around broken glass. I personally find that clear glass of any sort (dead bottles, windows) works exactly the same as clear quartz for what have you, for any budget witches who can't pick the stuff up. For every other color, whatever associations you're using with your candles also works for glass.
So much YES for trash witchcraft! Thanks for these suggestions!
That post just saved me two minutes of looking up if my memory was correct on cinnamon being a success herb. Thanks! [dumps cinnamon all over job interview clothes]
A little pinch of cinnamon and basil in your shoes or carried in your pocket will do the trick! :)
Good luck!
For witchballs anons - Hi! I'm planning on getting set up to do witchballs and specialty tiny bottles as my thing as soon as I can get a kiln, so feel free to hit me up to talk about that stuff. :3 I will happily chatter at you about glass all day.
Awesome! I’d love to get a witch ball made by and actual witch! That would be so cool! Let me know when you get that set up an I’ll totally promote it here.
For the person looking for witchy supplies - bead stores are also a great place to get crystals! Even your regular craft stone often carried some semiprecious stuff, and it works perfectly fine compared to the fancy, higher-priced things you'd get at a new-age shop.
brilliant~!!
