There was a huge table with band patches for sale at #hellsheroes yesterday. Not just for bands that are playing, but just about any metal band you can imagine. I picked up patches for Witch Vomit, Bolt Thrower and Blood Incantation.
Does Any witch know a good offering for Anansi?
My brother had a spider infestation where he murdled them all, and me not wanting to anger any Iwa spirits would like to leave an apology for Anansi. I read somewhere that peanuts were a good offering as I do not have any tobacco or alchohol to give him...buut the blog also stated that Anansi (or, Papa-Legba) appears white to her because she is white? ...So I dont really trust the source, due to witches who appropriate religions and spiritual practices from minorities usually tend to be flawed, consequences be whatever. ALBUMS OF THE WEEK! You know the drill by now. I’m in the middle of my Vader campaign, and this week’s object of study was Future of the Past. This is a 1996 cover album that includes Vader’s excellent take on songs by Kreator, Possessed, Slayer, and many more. It’s all very well done and something everyone should hear (the Sabbath cover was truly impressive, as they make the title track their own). Speaking of Black Sabbath, I got the Sabotage Super Deluxe and while I am still working my way through it (and will post a more detailed review shortly), I can tell you that it is awesome. The last thing I want to be sure to point out is Witch Vomit’s surprise EP drop this week: Abhorrent Rapture.
