thinking about burning spice being vaguely annoyed at me for not eating and then dragging me to eat has been very effectively in getting me to then actually get up and eat when I realize 'oh yeah i havent eaten'.
therefore, i have concluded if i draw burning spice and the words 'EAT THREE MEALS A DAY.' on a sticky note and put it on my wall next to my computer i might actually manage to Do That task.
