I just read that you’re taking a break from posting CWCW and S&B. I think it’s good that you’re taking time and looking out for yourself, take as long as you need I’d wait a year to read your grocery list.

I’ve been struggling to find a fic with a similar vibe to CWCW that holds up to the same standard and was wondering if you had any recs? Im a sl*t for a good Bucky x OC but im not too picky at this point I just want something to read, preferably on FanFiction.Net

as far as other fics...i'll be honest, i don't really read fics (cause my brain is tired by the end of the day) besides my friends' (yea i'm that kind of bitch lol oops) but they have great ones if you're down to clown

the universal series by @universalfanfic is hands down a favorite. you want a cool oc? you want world hopping and awesome powers? you want to not hate tony stark for the first time in a few years? you want a burn so slow that even traeger is jealous of it? bet. there you go.

not quite oz by @thegalanerd is also a fave. found family? a teenage girl adopting bucky? adventure? road trip from hell? confusion? all of those are in there.

and of course reality in motion by cassercole. though it will never be finished, it is still a favorite, an absolute rollercoaster of a steve x oc that will always be in my heart.

i've also heard amazing things about songbirds and bombshells from another friend who really really loved cwcw. i haven't had a chance to read it, but it sounds super great!

005. Sirius' favorite season was winter because the cold gave him an excuse to snuggle. Remus was always his first choice.

Yep. I'm going to start writing these headcanon fics. They will be out of order and only updated when I get inspiration for one of them. So... here's your first one. They'll all be under a cut in case you just want to ignore them. 

Sirius felt quite cheerful as he ascended the stairs to their dorm room. He had just come in from a long walk through the newly snow-covered grounds. There was still snow in his hair and his cheeks were red from cold. As he opened the door to his room he looked around to see who was around. A grin spread across his face when he saw that the only other occupant of the room was Remus Lupin. The sandy-haired boy was stretched out on his bed, a book in his hand, as usual reading. He barely looked up at the door to see who had just entered, so engrossed in whatever the book was.

As he crossed the room Sirius doffed his scarf and cloak, leaving them on the floor, “Budge up,” Without waiting for the boy to answer he crawled into the bed, pushing the boy to the side a bit as he snuggled into his side. He could feel his friend shivering as he nuzzled his face into his neck.

“Padfoot you’re freezing what were you doing?” Remus finally looked up from his book and then down at Sirius cuddled up into his side.

“Taking a walk,” Sirius mumbled, “But I got cold so I figured if I came back you’d warm me up.” He smiled, raising his head a bit to grin at his friend.

“Go find Prongs or Wormy,” Remus groused, shoving the boy with his knee, “I’m trying to read…”

“Don’t want to. You’re warm ‘n I like it here,” Sirius shook his head, “Pleeeeasee Moony?” He pouted, trying to coerce the Prefect into allowing him to stay. He liked snuggling with Remus, it was one of the best parts about winter. Although really he’d take any excuse to get as close to him as he could…

There was a moment’s pause from his friend and then finally, “Fine. You can stay. But only because you’ll whine all night if I make you leave…” He grudgingly shifted to the side, and allowed Sirius to properly cuddle up with him.

“Damn straight I will,” Sirius grinned jovially flopping his head back down on Remus’ shoulder, feeling another slight shudder from the boy as his breath ghosted across his neck. Another smile curled his lips and he allowed his eyes to close, “Read to me Moony?”

“No, Padfoot. Just be quiet…”
