Sasuke’s casual absorption of Orochimaru, and his mastery over the White Snake’s abilities, which he had never learned.
People don’t know that how out-of-the-Naruto-world this feat is. Nothing even close to this has ever been done by anyone. Why am I saying that? (Scans ahead for a relatively detailed post, but a related one is here; if you’re interested, you can read that one for a more comprehensive comparison between Sasuke and the Medics in regard to the whole “Chakra Control” controversy.) That, and does that make him a better medic than Sakura and Tsunade? A controversial take, but one that’s easily provable.
We know Sasuke’s Ninjutsu skill is at the Sage’s level (as stated by Kurama), but what about this specific skill? Well, Sasuke literally absorbed Orochimaru and used his White Snake ability to heal himself. We know Sasuke absorbed him for a fact:

And as a result of this absorption, Sasuke was able to directly tap into Orochimaru’s abilities that Sasuke never learned or trained for; he simply used them perfectly on the fly. One of them was skin-shedding:
He also tapped into Orochimaru’s healing ability and used it to his own advantage:
White Snake is pretty much an entirely different power and skill-set that Sasuke absorbed, kept suppressed, mastered, and tapped into to aid him in battles:
All the while he kept Orochimaru suppressed and manipulated the Senjutsu-based Cursed Seal? And he was given one out of the two best Cursed Seals Orochimaru ever invented; and as Sasuke was given the Heaven Seal to Kimimaro’s Earth one, his had the best of the best:
And this is literally Jugo’s Sage Mode:
In fact, he’s so good at this Sage Mode that Jugo, Orochimaru, and even Tobirama were mighty impressed:
This isn’t an easy feat, is it? If it was, anyone could’ve done it; but only Sasuke managed to accomplish several tasks at once; and he did so with perfection! How many chakra type manipulations are these? Four at once, as Sasuke is using his own abilities and chakra, Senjutsu, Orochimaru’s White Snake Jutsus, and all the while keeping Orochimaru suppressed? How does Sakura or anyone else compare? I’m sorry, but who’s ever done even half of this? No one? Good to know!
And as for Sakura and Tsunade’s “unmatched” healing than their seals are a poor compensation for Hashirama’s chakra:
And Hashirama’s reserves, by comparison, are so large that they were larger than the chakra within BM Naruto’s system and the BM chakra he’d distributed among the alliance (Sasuke’s and Madara’s are comparable as Uchiha Clan are canonically the only clan with large and potent reserves, as I mentioned here):
In fact, Hashirama’s cells have such a great and an intense chakra in them that Danzo nearly died when he lost the Uchiha Chakra to counter it and was unable to control it:
And Obito never went through blindness because of the cells’ regenerative ability. So in order to compensate for that lack of power, volume, and potency, Tsunade worked with the yin seal that, by her own admission, awarded her with medic powers and chakra that were outright pathetic compared to Hashirama’s: he healed without seals and any drawbacks; and his regenerative abilities were vastly superior:
And no, she didn’t break this Mokuton Clone’s lowest tier susanoo on her own (she struck it first; then it was attacked twice by Mei; after that, Onoki lightened Ae, greatly accelerating his speed; and then it broke here), so let’s not even go there. And no, they don’t have more chakra than Naruto’s SOSPs clone. That’s lunacy. They cling onto these scans and run off from there:
Obito is saying that chakra from them both would be the bare minimum! Remember, Obito absorbed Sage’s Senjutsu chakra directly from Jubi-Madara earlier, so he did the most heavy lifting; and that’s why he was able to create a Truth Seeking Orb and the Staff to match it:
That’s the reason why he was able to survive a direct attack from TSB; otherwise, he would’ve died:
And seriously, in which realm would the Yin Seal have more or as much chakra as the SOSP Naruto clone when Kaguya had a hard time differentiating the original body from the clones?
And she considered Sakura’s chakra so puny that she was literally irrelevant to her?
What are you lot smoking? Sakura and Tsunade, even with the seal, don’t have that much chakra. Nowhere near Hashirama’s even; otherwise, forget Byakugo and its lesser version, they wouldn’t create the seal to compensate for that as healing itself uses more chakra than necessary, depending on the wounds:
They never did. If they had, they’d have managed to summon more than 10% of Katsuya, or Lord forbid, a full Katsuya in their damn lives when they’re using fresh Byakugo seals here (Tsunade was freshly healed by Karin when she came here to meet up with Sakura):
This makes Sasuke’s feats far more impressive as he healed from his wounds in a chakra exhausted and wounded state and while he slept to boot (so he healed passively, unlike their active healing), and not once did Orochimaru manage to claw his way up; and still he managed to heal perfectly and kept Orochimaru at bay at the same time! This not only shows how incredibly dense, large, and potent Sasuke’s chakra is but also his talent in using the abilities, healing included, that he never learned or trained for! No, he simply mastered them via observation!
