Green smoothie bowl with mango, lime and mint
This green smoothie bowl with mango, lime and mint has a nice fresh taste! Once it gets warmer outside I love having breakfast with a smoothie bowl.
But what do you throw in your smoothie bowl without getting too much sugar? Many smoothie bowls are made of different types of fruit, so your blood sugar rises and you quickly get hungry again. That's why I choose for less fruit and also added some cucumber and spinach to this smoothie bowl. This way you also immediately receive a portion of vegetables. In addition, both provide some extra fiber, so you are also saturated longer than you make a smoothie based on fruit. This smoothie bowl has a fresh taste and especially the yogurt, cucumber and mint.
