Hi ! I made a new speedbuild video ! A street of 7 prefabricated starter houses to match my makeover of the Broke family house. Furnished with the basic fixtures only (kitchen, bathroom, and lights).
As usual I’m speaking french, so you probably won’t understand a word, but if you want to see the final result and skip the speedbuild, you can go at 8:35. :)

Annnd finally it’s up for download !
To be honest, it took me two entire days to sort CCs, between slaved objects, master files, finding the right recolors, and only keep what’s necessary. I don’t think I will share CC lots often, because it’s too much work (and it’s a small lot, so I can’t even imagine the work required for some mansion !). Anyway, I think it’s all good now.
I only kept the recolors used for the lot (at least I tried to) so if you download it and it adds new meshes this way, there is a possibility you’ll have only one color for it. But I’m pretty sure most of you are smart enough to google the file/object name to find the whole set if you want it :)
The CC are not packaged with the lot, because you know how the game packages lots... unecessary recolors, missing masters and such. All the required CC are in a folder named.... “Required CC”. So don’t forget to add it in your Downloads folder ! It’s not sorted in any way, I’ve put everything in it without subfolders, because it was already much more work than I expected, but at least it should only contain what’s required.

I’ve decided to move out Don into his own bachelor bad in San Myshuno. I gave him a studio apartment with laundry, a big TV and an overall dark and moody vibe. I think it will suit his serial romantic needs just fine :D
