I have been doing building in a virtual world for several years. I have 38 houses on thesimsresource now august 2014, I have 34k downloads there. At modthesims I have 32 houses and 3 worlds with a total of 39k downloads at the moment. I'm not a commertial builder, I don't make for maximum downloads. I like to put some real effort into my houses, and I don't like making the same thing too many times in a row. I will just be posting some pictures here. I hope you like them.

My big project, Wentworth Woodhouse or Wentworth Palace as I called it, will be up on monday on simsfileshare and bluehost. CC links are prepared and it will be without laundry, but the room is there if you have the pack. You will need all exp and game packs before that, and some stuff packs. This is my xmas house. 181217, Melsom as I called has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and a double for 2 kids. It also has a diningroom, good size kitchen and 2 livingrooms. My tester had a dog and it’s toys is in the kitchen.

I tried the First Snow mod, but it was in the middle of 2 patches by EA. My game just crashed, so I can’t give you snow on the ground.

It’s placed by the river in Brindleton Bay, but naturally you can place it wherever you like. Susanne Rask has been playtesting it. It’s now available already on my simsfileshare, click on the link.

This house was finished before xmas. I have uploaded it for TSR and it will be available on my blog on friday. It has 10 bedrooms on 4 floors. I hope you like it.

Suddenly icemunmun came with her canningstation mod, so I threw my act together and here is a jamming factory ... or something. It’s just a wip ... as usual. First post will be up on my blog tomorrow. I just have to get on with testing the thing, after dinner and a coffee down on the street ...

I have made stone murals for my massive Wentworth Woodhouse project. While doing that I went on a recolor frency, I’m so sorry about the tons of color options on this thing? TSR wanted them in packs of 15 max, so here comes 3 sets of Marble and Travertine Murals. It’s something like 3x12 color options, how much is that? I’m so horrible in math :D. 

On the serious side ... why work so hard on diffuse, bump and specular maps, Photoshop masks and filters to only make a couple of walls? I hope you like them.

My Angkor Wat remake is developing slowly. At the top a layout test on the middle island, I have quite a few things to recolor and perhaps even remake ... if I can wrap my head around mapping objects. 

The 3 pictures below is a test of a corner house with 2 shops and 2 flats.

While making walls and playtesting Wentworth Woodhouse this is what I make above. The set of 30 walls I’m making suddenly had a strange hickup, so I’m doing something I didn’t think I would do, I make them for all 3 wallsizes, perhaps that will fix my issue.

Brutalisme can be very nice. This is a wip because I think I have to furnish all the flats in this building since the apartment thing doesn’t really work in ts4.
