Point taken. I guess I meant in a sympathetic way. But overall, OOC characters in fanfiction just grate me. It’s like “you just wanna imagine this face doing these things because reasons.”

witherrors said:I don’t approve of Anons who hate or are mean or anything like that, but there’s nothing like the intensely defensive of ‘when was the last time I even mentioned this’ anon. They really pick up the day.
*Nods*
witherrors replied to your post: Are you serious? Nina, Candice and Kat talented? More than Ian? Oh woman…you don’t know acting. Besides, what does even mean the cry? Damon doesn’t cry almost never, he did it only in 2x12 and it was perfect for a man. He isn’t James Van der Beek (that’s Paul Wesley), he is Joshua Jackson. Don’t speak If you didn’t see anything with Ian, please. The boy acts since ‘97.
“Damon doesn’t cry almost never, he did it only in 2x12 and it was perfect for a man.” it was perfect for a man. What does this mean? What? I’m so confused. And haven’t we, as a society, moved on from making fun of JvdB? Aren’t we over that?
Who knows. *Looks up episode 12.* They're talking about The Descent. But they say Damon only cried once which I already knew was false, but it's especially false here because he cried twice in that episode. I'm guessing they're talking about his single tear (I think it was a single tear) when he staked Rose and not when he was gesticulating in front of Jessica, talking some, "I miss it all the time!" That is still Damon's worse monologue.

They need to think of what I've been through, Olu. Lol.
theveiledfairy said: silas confuses me so much. i don’t get what he is really. i thought he was a witch who cast an immortality spell on himself or sthing…idk..i don’t pay enough attention to detail on this show cause..what the point? Julia Peck is just gonna ret con
And you would be right.
Silas started out as a witch. Like, the show said he was a witch who became immortal. They said Qetsiyah "stripped him of his power" before she buried him so that he'd just be immortal. Afterwards, the show started talking about "Blood is the essence of immortality" and I said, "Shit," but I still held on that he was a witch. Now he's a vampire, and he makes no sense, and the show makes no sense.
Because really? Why is vampirism the only way to immortality? You're telling me that in the centuries before vampires existed, NO witch tried to make themselves immortal, just to see how far their powers could stretch? Julie Plec forgets that the witches are human, and that comes with vanity and ego. As it is, she now has Qetsiyah sounding like a myth. That lady don't sound like she actually lived a life.
witherrors said: Unless we find out he’s not actually a vampire (which how would they even do that?) it’s really pointless to have people fear him.
It is. You know they're going to make him a vamp because vamps are all they know.
witherrors said:That last quote though. What I should have said was “You’re 70% water! Correct yourself!”
Lmao. I'm editing the most recent one and I kept rewinding the part where you told me to remember you had feelings before I said what I had to say about Matt wrt Jeremy's death. It's hilarious.
witherrors replied to your post: also who would have guessed howie d would age into...
I would have guessed it! I would have. Nick was never attractive. A.J. was always headed downhill. Kevin looked a bit like a rat. Brian was Brian. I have no idea what he looks like now. One of them had to age into a semi-attractive older gentleman.
i never found nick attractive but lots of people did. same with aj. i think brian might be runner up in the aging well contest, and i guess kevin is 3rd.
The thing about something affecting Damon, Elena, and Stefan is the how of it all. Is it going to affect the 3 of them on individual levels? Or is it going to affect one of them and the other two are going to be affected because of this? Which wouldn't exclude an individual affect for all parties, but could have us asking questions like "why is he weighing in on this? why is the show acting like he would care?"
It'll probably affect Elena, and Stefan/Damon will swarm her and act like they care. Isn't that how it's always played out? Because aside from Caroline (with Stefan) neither of the Salvatores have a relationship with the kids. Stefan had that line about not letting Kol hurt anyone he cares about as if that list doesn't only include two, maybe three, people.
