Why am I always so fucking nostalgic? Things did not used to be better.
#it's for pieces of things#I miss certain feelings#or things I used to be able to do#places I've lived even if the life I was living in them wasn't better#I just miss Washington#and fireflies#I miss my squishy bed with all the blankets#and sitting on the garage roof when I was a teenager#listening to music and watching the sunset#while everything smelled of sunwarmed roof tile#I want to know how to remember things#without wanting them back
