Lydia held her books tight to her chest as she looked down the corridor of the school. Students moving to classes, laughing and not knowing what was really going on around them. The strawberry blonde took a breath and started to walk down the corridor. She knew something was coming, she just didn’t know what, and thats what bothered her the most. These feelings, these sounds, they didn’t always come easy to interpret. 

Its not like being a Banshee came with an instruction manual.

She continued to walk, in a slight daze, till she bumped straight into him. “Oh.. Liam.. sorry, I was miles away.” She said, looking at Scotts Beta.

"I could tell Mom about how you broke the X-box." Was he blackmailing his brother to get what he wanted? Completely. It wasn't the first time but that didn't mean he was that good at it. Especially once he got what he wanted and felt bad. Though he ignored it and grinned up at the older.

a deep, heavy sigh leaves his lips. he doesn’t want to sound like liam’s dad, but-- he’s not mad, he’s disappointed. and, that’s a speech he’s heard from his mother many times which makes it a dad speech and he doesn’t want to sound like liam’s dad. it leaves scott in a small predicament, trying to choose his words in his head as spares glances toward the beta with lips pressed tightly together. “liam...” he starts, giving himself time and getting rid of the silence that settles the room, “we’ve talked about this.”

at night, she doesn’t dream too much. when she does, it’s usually pretty random, depending on what’s going on in her life. she doesn’t get nightmares very much. the only time she really starts to get them more frequently is when her district gets bombed right in front of her and when the war starts.

prim’s more of a daydreamer when she’s bored in class or something. they’re usually like scenario that will never happen or she sometimes just gets lost in her thoughts.

        the  question  provokes  her  to  think  for  a  moment  ,  finding  one  thing  to  be  so  difficult  .  eventually  ,  she  comes  to  a  conclusion  .  ❛  well  ,  if  i  had  to  pick  just  one  thing  ,  and  it  could  be  absolutely  anything  ,  i’d  choose  a  family  .  ❜  she  answers  with  a  small  smile  .  ❛  and  no  ,  i  don’t  mean  the  whole  white  pickett  fence  thing  ,  chosen  family  would  do  just  fine  .  what  about  you  ?  ❜
