Well in honor of my love of mussels I wanted to show off my mussel reciepe. I have for you SPICY STUFFED MUSSELS. This is absolutely my favorite seafood tapa. Like you cannot go wrong with how delicious these really are. I paired these mussels with a Chilean wine called PAPI😍. This wine is from the heart of CHILE's farmed central grape growing region. This is a Sauvignon Blanc. It's a soft sweet Demi sec, has flavors of green which some don't like but in my opinion goes so well with any seafood. Okay guys hope you enjoyed, until tomorrow.
