It's #WithwinewednesdAys Im very exicted I did something new this week for Wednesday, so Im very happy to bring you what I've been cooking up. I decided to ditch the wine this week and try out some SAKE. I decided to try a cucumber sake paired with my homemade Pork Wontons. THE cucumber sake Pours clear, has aromas of fresh, juicy cucumber, aloe leaves. Taste is a little spicy. Let's say it leave cucumber madness in your mouth. I really enjoyed the pairings of the two. And of course the pork wontons were such a salt but savory treat with cream cheese and pork packed inside leaves your feeling ready for more. I hope you all enjoyed this post. It's #Withwinewednesday Hello my faboulous friends, you know on Wednesdays I love to show off. Well in honor of my love of mussels I wanted to show off my mussel reciepe. I have for you SPICY STUFFED MUSSELS. This is absolutely my favorite seafood tapa. Like you cannot go wrong with how delicious these really are. I paired these mussels with a Chilean wine called PAPI😍. This wine is from the heart of CHILE's farmed central grape growing region. This is a Sauvignon Blanc. It's a soft sweet Demi sec, has flavors of green which some don't like but in my opinion goes so well with any seafood. Okay guys hope you enjoyed, until tomorrow. With Wine Wednesday When Wednesday comes around you know your half way through your week. So on humpdays I like to wind down after a long day with some wine.
