I have a restaurant/food court/marketplace club im dying to tell you about . If your looking for a hipster Asian fusion food court in WYNWOOD I FOUND WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR, it’s called 1-800-LUCKY. You can choose from sushi, dumplings, fried rice, Peking duck and whatever else your Asian flavor loving heart desires💕. With a beautiful open outside space to enjoy your meal and an ice cream food truck out side. YES I SAID ICE CREAM 🍦 but this ain’t no regular ice cream they got the truck thAt lets you customize it 👌🏾there’s also DJ playing music in the outdoor area as well.I'd recommend this place for a good meal with options beyond your eyes, also can be a great night outing, and if you had to much to drink and dancing the night away go indoor and get some dumplings to sober up. Hey everyone HAPPY TGIF, I HOPE EVERYONE IS HAVE AN AWESOME DAY. So yesterday wasn’t an ideal one for me, I had orthopedic surgeon check out my knee which has been nothing but bothersome for the last few weeks. Welp🤷🏽‍♀️, yesterday he drained liquid out of my left knee and told me some pretty upsetting news, I got Arthritis in my new. In fact he also added can soon be osteoporosis. WITH ALL THAT FANTASTIC NEWS😒, it was hard to be cheerful and happy go lucky let’s face it I’m freaking human. BUT I HAVE SO MUCH TO BE GRATEFUL, I have gone through it with my health and I’m doing great I can’t mop around and sad that I’m missing time at the gym. I just want to turn one of my obstacles into a success, not only am I gonna be okay but I’m gonna be BETTER. I captioned this post for self-care. Whether it’s you taking care of your self or your partner, spouse, sibling or friend/family helping you out in a time of need, THE POINT IS 👊🏽you need care everyone does. With all going on in a persons life when do you get a chance to just reflect and take care. TAKE CARE, because it’s a world of difference when your body And mental and physical are feeling cared for. Because I’m aiming to reach a broad Number of ppl I’m trying to touch on everything that has to do with your WELLNESS. since we are spring cleaning this month to get in order for SPRING SEASON, I wanted to invite you to take some time for yourself to actually set some time maybe -15-20’mins a day to REST. I know your like what 15 mins I don’t have the time, but I’m gonna challenge you on that because you’ve been scrolling down that TIMELINE OF YOURS FOR AT LEAST 30 Mins. 😁😂okay so here’s what you can do ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Take the moments you have to RELAX NOT Just REST. BIG HUGe difference the two. Here a few stress relievers to mediate on for your next day and how you will challenge your normal habits to convert them to healthy stress free manageable HABITS 1. Control your reaction to stress. (How are you gonna work through it we know we are gonna have stress duh, but how are you gonna work through . 2. Have picture of things you see your self doing or inspiration so you can easily say no to the negative things you will face. 3. Take baby steps like doing exercise like this will help you day by day achieve a healthier mind frame. 4. Pay attention to your body is your eyeball jumping from that IRRITATING CO WORKER , or your hand jumping from a carpal tunnel issue, notice the problem and ease back down to relieve the stress immediately. IDENTIFY AND REDIRECT I hope this helps someone out there on there way to STRESS-FREE AND MIND OVER MATTER.
