I’ve been drinking Chaga and Maple tea for the past few days and I don’t know how to describe how it feels to have such powerful medicine running through me. It’s like they’re chasing away the bad and reminding all of me where I’m from and what I need.

I fell in love with something I couldn't afford last October. Today it was 70% off.

My fan died the other night so I got a new one because I need it to regulate my senses and sleep. I was going to smudge it, but I wasn't ready for a smudge tonight so I was burning a candle on the floor near it just to get rid of the factory smell. When I put the lid on the candle this huge freakishly tall house spider appeared and when I looked away it disappeared. So I ended up having that smudge anyway.

#014 Wixy

Description

Wixy are considered to be the most beautiful Pokemon on Exile Island. Their appearance is a mixture of fairy and butterfly with soft purple wings and blue speckles that glow in the twilight hours.

Wixy are territorial and claim sections of island to feed and raise young. Male Wixy are known for their amazing aerial dances that involve twirling and fluttering about the females that visit their territory. If courtship is successful a female Wixy may lay up to 5 Beorm eggs for the male to guard. Once the egg hatches the babies are left to fend for themselves

Wild Wixy are rare due to the high number of tamers looting them of their prized wings. It was rumored that the Light Emperor collected hundreds of Wixy wings to decorate the Light Tamer base, but Light Tamer followers refuted that claim. The Dragon Emperor had also attempted to raise Beorms to harvest Wixy wings, but palace documents show that the attempt was unsuccessful because the local dragon population had devoured all of them one night.

I saw today what appeared to be a homeless man wearing pants the same red clay color as the rock he was leaning against, sat beside the wetlands demonstration in the park, hand-feeding a gull, a goose, and a couple of pigeons who had made him their perch. I took the long way around the pond to avoid disturbing them, and he was still there when I got to the side opposite him, where I got to see seven ducks, a grasshopper, and a damselfly before happening upon three pieces of crumpled metal. I picked them up and continued on my way to the garbage can, casually glancing to see if the man and his birds were still congregating, but the man had disappeared.
