Fan character I thought of a while ago when Empyrea first dropped.
Since khan is storm/fire she's fire/storm. He can shoot lightning while she can breathe fire.
She is:

•A big baby

•Docile
She runs a resistance with her friend Rapunzel. They brainwashed a lot of the Alphoi populous into thinking Khan abandoned them and is not a worthy king.
