i love the imagery of a society of mouse people once being a stereotypical mouse society that live in little dens and make cheese but then they go under attack and become a culture of battle-hardened warriors

Avalon's plot being like "Young Wizard you need the Sword of Kings you need tjis epic blade to defeat Morganthe only that's gonna get her" and the entire questline being a wild goose chase to get said sword only for it to be completely worthless with dogshit stats is just really funny to me sorry it does like the opposite of detract from the world for me
pros of avalon combat:
enemies have enough health that you have to pay a modicum of attention but still enough to conveniently oneshot if you blade enough
enemies Can get the upper hand against you damage-wise but they usually don't (just enough to make you engaged)
surprisingly unique mob designs and boss rooms
cons of avalon combat:
now's the time to start getting scared whenever you see a myth mob
Wizard101 Pride Month Headcanons
1. Cyrus Drake: Gay
2. Nolan Stormgate: Gay
3. Myth Tower: Gay
4. All Myth Wizards: Gay
wizard101's god of "making you tense your breath every single time it's cast on you then you take like 27 damage"
wizard101's worlds should've always just been completely made up places tbh. whenever it tries to directly base a world off of a real area and/or culture that isn't Western, it goes to shit instantly and the bad politics of the game means it has some really fucked up takes on direct equivalents to real world history.
also, i think most if not all worlds should've been a mix of human and animal people like Wizard City has Bojack Horseman style. because it has really weird implications otherwise
I really like how instead of just one water school of magic, wizard101 has Storm (water) and Ice (water 2)
I really like the concept of a Wizlocke because I think it brings you closer to the plot. The level of difficulty is probably more what the people in-universe are perceiving instead of just a blade + aoe loop lol
