I'm being careful about what I eat and cutting down on things
I'm trying more foods and eating more vegetables and fruits
I'm getting more confident in myself
Things I need to work on:
I still need to keep getting fit! I'm trimming down but I want to bulk up as well. So I need to do more exercises, more cardio, and get myself to the point I'll be happy with.
I have my uncle's commission that I still need to do and I've let it go on for too long. It needs to be finished like YESTERDAY
Try cooking more. For the family, for yourself. Make yourself something good, and healthy!
