I was a fat slob, lethargic,depressed, hated the world, lacked any kind of confidence and was jealous of just about EVERYONE! Today I still have good and bad days mentally, still struggle with confidence (but am working on it), have a bucket load of energy, eat better, am a better role model for my children, completed my Diploma, just commenced my Dual degree in Bach. Of Nursing & Bach. Of Paramedicine, Moved states, travelled Aus & Internationally but most of all I am now Happier & Healthier then I have ever been. SW 126.4kg CW 66.3kg (give or take) have maintained here for about 6 months easy... GW was 70! Smashed it! Total KG lost 60.1kg!!!! That’s a whole person! Have gone down 8-9 Dress Sizes and have lost a TOTAL of 340.4cm all over!!!!
