Its always best to find help so if you're not feeling happy do try and tell your friends or family or a teacher or a cousellor or childline (0800 1111 uk) or check out this fab website!!: www.7cups.com ^^^actually one of the best websites OR even feel free to hit me a message And in the meantime heres some self loving tips bc you deserve it b 💜: -warm bath -with bath bombs or salts -drawing/colouring -listening to those banging tunes you love -release those endorphins with some exercising, it'll be worth it -or just go on a walk and concentrate on those senses -hug someone or something for an extra boost of feel good hormones -watch a cheesy movie with a tub of ice-cream -or a ton of chocolate -watch some funny youtube videos -bake bake bake -reread that favourite book one more time -glam up, wear your favourite outfits, feel like the pretty person you are :) -use just a 99p facial mask and moisturise to feel fresh and clean -paint those nails any colour, i love matte especially for autumn -make yourself a nice large hot chocolate. dont have powder??? use choc spread with milk, tastes better in my opinion orr melt chocolate and stir in milk -or a herbal tea. those fruity ones smell insane!¡!¡ -search up cute animals on google, you wont be disappointed :) -or visit a pet store and meet them in real life -do nott underestimate meditation!! breathe in for 7, hold in for 3, breathe out for 5 -shopping is cathartic, go absolutely crazy in town -make a list of at least 3 things you love about yourself -make a diary and note all the good things that happens each day -change your bedsheets -smile!!!! even if you have to force it for a while, smiling releases those feel good hormones have an amazing self loving day xxx 💜💜
