A promise to pump hundreds of jobs and millions of dollars into Mid-Michigan is broken.
GlobalWatt promised to bring 500 jobs and an investment of $150 million to a community that desperately needed it.
Not surprising.
I predicted GlobalWatt lying to Saginaw's government and residents about how much money and jobs they'd bring.
And how many government subsidies did they get? They should have to pay it all back.
