Scott and Kip get a lot of invitations now that they're the one couple everybody talks about. But this invitation is just a little bit different from the usual. At least neither of them had expected to be asked to spend a weekend at Shane Hollander's cottage, with Shane. And Ilya Rozanov. Especially since there's a little bit of history between Scott and the other two players.
But sometimes, a relaxed weekend in the middle of nowhere is just what you need.

You guys were maybe an hour into the movie when you mumbled, "Frank i, uhm,...I have...something to tell you."
You had gone over to his house for the monthly movie night like usual. You had been planning telling him you were a lesbian for a long time but never actually did it, too scared he would get mad or freak out on you and you guys would stop being friends.
Now you sat, blanket wrapped securely around you in his dark living room, the TV the only light source, dimly flashing shadows over Franks face, making the situation even more frightening.
Frank glanced over. Even in the dark of the room he could tell this was serious from your voice. He quickly picked up the remote "should I pause the-?"
"no, no, its....its fine." You stuttered. You were vaguely facing him, like you had paused mid-turn and were now just staring at his knee. You cleared your throat, trying to tune out the horror movie screams echoing from the TV. Maybe he should have turned it off. You didnt dare look at him as you thought of what to say.
Frank sat patiently. He didnt nudge you to hurry you up, or try to make you look at him. He could tell whatever you were gonna say was really bugging you and he wasnt gonna rush you. His brow furrowed as he tried to read your face in the dim TV light.
"I uh...." You began, rubbing your nails together-an old nervous habit. You closed your eyes. On the count of three you were gonna say it.
15 seconds passed.
Frank frowned. He glanced at the popcorn bowl on the table sheepishly and leaned forward without breaking eye contact with you. He hit the bowl and a bunch ofpopcorn fell out, and he cursed as he broke eye contact to stabilize the bowl and grab a handful of popcorn.
"I like girls." You blurted.
Frank, mouth full of popcorn, turned back to look at you. He chewed slowly, the loud crunch filling the silent room. You had screwed your eyes shut, and now, hearing the crunching sounds, glanced up at Frank.
He had another handful of popcorn and was still shoving some in his mouth. His eyes widened as he noticed you looking at him, expecting something. "Uh...okay!" He said, spitting kernels everywhere. He cursed as he looked at the floor, diving down to sheepishly pick up the mess he made.
"You..." You began. "You aren't mad?"
Frank looked up at you, chewing popcorn like a goat. He shook his head, obviously confused. "Uh, no, why would I be? We have more in common now." He shrugged and turned back to his popcorn mess on the floor, where he had began pushing his dog away.
He glanced up when he heard you sniffle.
In a panic he shot to the couch, plopping down next to you. You were sobbing, your blanket wrapped around your hands which covered your face. He spun around awkwardly, then dived for the remote to pause the movie. He shooed his dog away again and turned back to you.
"Wha- why-why are you crying? Im not mad!" He stuttered in a panic. He had dealt with you crying before but didn't know why you were now. He softly nudged your hands away from your face and cupped it, his thumbs brushing your cheeks dry. He could barely see you in the dark room, but the TV lit up your glossy eyes. He frowned as you continued to cry, clutching his hands.
"I-i-" you hiccuped, voice loud and heavy-sounding. The lump in your throat made it hurt a bit when you talked as you sobbed, and the salty taste of your tears mixed with the popcorn taste from earlier made your mouth taste vile. He shook his head and pulled you closer, your head in the crook of his neck.
"I would never ever be mad at you for something like that." He promised, voice stern. He wrapped a hand behind your back, rubbing up and down slowly, and rested one on your head where he smoothed your hair. He turned and gave you a quick loving kiss on your temple.
"Thats just you being you, why would I ever shame that?" He leaned back, hands on your shoulders now as he looked at you. You were still crying, shoulder pumping with the tears. Franks dog was licking your foot reassuringly.
"Hey, listen," frank murmured, lightly tapping your chin so you looked up at him. He frowned and wiped more of the tears away before continuing, "im gonna go get you some candy and soda or whatever, alright?" He lifted his brow, not saying more until you nodded. "Im going to be right. back. You can even call me the whole time im gone. This okay?"
You nodded. The tears had stopped their aggressive flow and now came in small doses.
Franks brow furrowed and he quickly shot up, walking fast down the hallway. You turned your head, watching him go like a confused puppy. You turned your attention to his dog who was still licking your foot and gave her some reassuring pets on the head, giggling when she jumped up on the couch and pawed at you for more.
Frank came scurrying back with a box of tissues and another, more fluffy, blanket and his keys in hand. He wrapped the blanket around you snug, put the tissues in your lap, and gave you and his dog a quick kiss on the head and he said bye and promised he'd be back. You knew he didn't mean it in a romantic way-you were like a sibling to him. A very close friend. You watched him leave with puppy dog eyes, and the dog next to you mimicked your movements.
He was gone for maybe 15 minutes.
In those 15 minutes you stared at the still image of the paused image, played around with Franks dog a little, and made maybe 9 dirty tissues that you discarded on the table as a gift for Frank.
When the door opened and frank stumbled in, carrying 3 bags from the nearby gas station, you and his dog both turned, excited, and stared with big wide eyes. He giggled and gave his dog a few loving pets.
He sat down next to you and rummaged through the bags and pulled out 3 bags of 3 different candies you like, a pint of your favorite ice cream, and one of those big liters of your favorite soda. Then he pulled out a huge cloth that kinda looked like a tablecloth.
"Frank, did you get me a tablecloth?" You murmured, squinting in the dim light to try to see.
Frank shook his head with an evil grin. He stood up proudly and held open the flag.
You tilted your head. It looked shades of blue in the TV light. "Is blue your favorite color?" You queried.
He glanced down at the flag and groaned, running to turn the living room light on. You recoiled like the light had smacked you, eyes squinting as they adjusted. He ran back over and held up the flag again, smile wide with pride.
You gasped. You recognized the orange and pink stripes. "Frank, did you get me a lesbian flag?" You asked, though it sounded like more a statement. You stood, dropping the blankets wrapped around you and admiring it with a smile. You looked up at him. "You didnt...hafta do that."
Frank shrugged. "They had a buncha flags at the gas station. Here," he leaned forward and wrapped it around you. He clapped like a schoolgirl as you held it there like a cape.
You started crying again.
"Omigod bitch chill," frank murmured, pulling you into a hug. "I know im awesome, but not that awesome." You giggled through tears against his chest, listening to his heart beat.
"Thanks frank."
He chuckled and planted a kiss atop your head but didn't respond.
"K now shut up," he demanded with a grin. "This movie was getting good and your dumb main character moment ruined it." You giggled, snuggling up against him as you munched on candy and he played with your hair.
damn.... jee with his tattoo on the back is soooo SEXY
like i've never looked at him in this way. yes 'course he's very attractive middle aged man with pretty skills but hE IS SO SEXY
