Some old flowers painted with watercolors

Spent the night practicing pansies. They are hard for me. I tend to overwork the paint, and I’m no good at scratching in lines. Eventually I started painting in the lines instead. The top painting on cheap paper was the last one I did today, and I called it quits after somewhat liking the top left pink one, the blue one next to it, and the bottom right orange one. The 2 middle paintings are just atrocious and I shouldn’t have use the good Arches paper for them. The bottom painting I used cheap paper for and it’s okayish. I like the colors but they still didn’t blend well. And the scratches look bad.
