Every (Black) Son and Daughter

I’m a black female at the University of Missouri-Columbia. That’s all that’s seen. My advisor? Barely shows concern when I’m considering transferring. Knowing that if I were a white male with better test scores, she’d be on her grind trying to keep me here.
