The brilliant video game musician Bobby Prince, famous for having made the music for many classic PC games such as Commander Keen, Wolfenstein 3D, Doom and Duke Nukem, recently passed away.

One personal favorite among his many memorable tracks is the moody, ominous "Enemy Around the Corner" that plays while you read the storyline to Wolfenstein 3D:

before i comment on the TDA dlc i wanted to say something else that i saw it pointed out before

In Spear of Destiny, the Death Knight has that eye attachment but not in the "high res" Wolf ports where he shows up

A theory could be that, whoever did the new sprites (maybe Adrian Carmack) wanted to remaster the eye attachment at first but it didn't look good, so it was ditched.

maybe some potential nightdive port could bring it back even as an option.
