Though the celebration was in full effect, Rodrik knew that he still had to partake in his own duties. Playing music for the crowd, watching as they danced along in merriment and celebration, Rodrik couldn't help but enjoy the festivities. Of course, he knew that he'd better enjoy it with a handsome wolf on his arm, but for now? He was content in showcasing his skills as a bard. Alternating between playing the lute and using his flute, depending on the song and makeup of the bards that were playing, he quickly showed how he was easily one of the better bards. Especially when he began to play his last song, one in which he took a lead role with his flute - showing his amazing breath control and skillful fingers - and as he played along, he couldn't help but note that there was quite the handsome wolf in the crowd.
Finishing his song, he rose to his feet and gave a small bow before he headed off of the makeshift stage and towards the wolf that drew his eye. "I see you enjoyed the show," Rodrik spoke to the other wolf, stating his words matter-of-factly. "Was it the lute or the flute you enjoyed more?"
