These two charts represent a difference of 16 minutes. In which time, the Acendent and Descendent points in the chart have changed 4 degrees, and the MC and Ic have changed 5 degrees. Why does this matter? That different can be enough to throw things in and out of aspects, into different signs, etc.

For further reference: the Ascendent has changed signs no less than 7 times today (Dec. 10th, 2022). What is the Ascendent? Also called the rising sign, it can help answer the question, “Who am I really?”
This chart is at 6:23 pm at my location. Only an hour and 23 minute difference from the 7pm chart, and in that time the MC and Ic have changed signs.
