Oh that's so sweet :) Thank you. If you have the chance what about an olicity ficlet where Oliver catches Felicity trying on the Arrow suit and messing around with the fancy equipment when she thinks no one's there. I don't know I just think it would be cute little fluff XP. If it's too much trouble don't worry about it but if you don''t mind I'd love it.
He didn't think anyone would still be around the Foundry when he and Thea got back. It was far later than any of them had ever gone out for missions, so he assumed he could come and work out without disturbing anyone.
He stood at the top of the stairs watching. Felicity must not have heard the door open otherwise she surely would have stopped what she was doing. She was dressed in his arrow gear, not the new suit that Cisco had made for him, but the old one he kept folded up in his work area. She also had his bow poised at the ready, but no arrows in sight.
She was walking around the open space of the Foundry, focused on her steps not making a sound, which was impossible with the fabric of the suit dragging at her heels, when she came upon the practice dummy.
"You have failed this city," she said in a deep growling voice. And it took all his energy not laugh out loud.
He couldn't help the smile that stayed on his face as he watched her pretend to kick the crap out of wooden thing. He wasn't sure how much longer he'd get away with watching, but he couldn't pull himself away. Because in spite of the pain and the darkness that follows their work around, Felicity always had that goodness about her. It kept her strong in the face of every thing they went up against. And she let it rub off on all those she spent time with. And that is why he loved her.
