Glowingshadow, if he ever learned how to kill in dreams, would kill Shutterpaw's mentor. Wolveshowl would confront him about it and it would likely cause a rift between them, and cause Wolveshowl to realize his father's death wasn't caused by a Sheepdog as said.

Cain might've been a piece of shit, but Wolves was still young when he died and likely has some skewed perceptions of him due to having good memories of him as well
