Barracuda: Tinker with a specialty for traps and lures. By cape standards she's ancient, being roughly in her mid sixties, and has made far too many enemies for retirement to ever be an option.

Years in the cape scene has made her rather, eccentric, to put it nicely- and desensitised her completely to most atrocities.

She has saw trapped people before and she'll do it again

Heist Team broke her out of the transport to the birdcage a while back and she is particularly fond of them.

Has gone by many Aliases, but some of her more famous ones are: Tangle, Decoy Duck, and Mousetrap
