I: How did you come up with your current url?

Well it’s kind of a long story, I was at a cross country meet and they were selling a tshirt that said “train insane or remain the same" and our couch was like “that’s stupid it doesn’t even rhyme." so my reply to that “NO, that’s stupid because it’s incorrect, the definition of insanity is repeating the same action over and over and expecting a different outcome, we all know in order to keep imporving we have to increase the intensity of our workouts…" and everyone on the team looked at me like O.o and I ended up buying the shirt and I really liked it after a while so I dedicated my URL to it and the overall experience
